We also have daily rates of Php 700 for a studio unit that is surely within one's economical budget. The Php 6,000. Php 7,000, Php 7,500 are studio types that differ in sizes. The Php 6,000 is the small unit, the Php7,000 is the medium sized unit and the Php 7,500 is the largest ones. The Php 7,500 units are mostly located in the corner areas. The Php 12,000, Php 15,000 and Php 20,000 are individual houses with own garage. The Php 12,000 has 2 rooms and 1 CR. The Php 15,000 has 3 rooms and 1 CR. While the Php 20,000 has 3 rooms and 3 CR. We also take care of your security needs since all units are monitored by real time CCTV. Our modest pad is each equipped with Air-conditioned units, cabled internet, cabled TV, medium sized refrigerators, a Mini-kitchen with cooking utensils like pans, electric stove, electric kettle, knife, plates, spoons & forks, a private bathroom with shower heater, a medium sized soft Bed, with bedding and pillows, a, clothes cabinet, a dining table with two chairs, and an extra long seat for lying down to relax. For socializing, elriopad has a wide dancing area and music room in the rooftop. It offers a complete view of Davao City.

POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES

• Stay is considered One (1) month for purposes of billing, even if it falls below 30 or 31 days.
• Two (2) months deposit required before transfer.
• One (1) month deposit for priority reservation.
• Electric and water bills are paid by the occupant.

• Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.
• Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.
• Occupant must inform caretaker at least five days before check out.

POLICY FOR DAILY RATES

* CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 LUNCH
* ADVANCE PAYMENT EQUIVALENT TO TOTAL NUMBER
OF DESIRED STAY. Extension of stay depends on the availability of room.
