POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES
• Stay is considered One (1) month for purposes of billing, even if it falls below 30 or 31 days.
• Two (2) months deposit required before transfer.
• One (1) month deposit for priority reservation.
• Electric and water bills are paid by the occupant.

• Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.
• Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.
• Occupant must inform caretaker at least five days before check out.

* ADVANCE PAYMENT EQUIVALENT TO TOTAL NUMBER
OF DESIRED STAY. Extension of stay depends on the availability of room.
