For rent - daily or monthly .Studio Type Fully Furnished Residential Units For Rent

FOR DAILY OR MONTHLY STAY DAILY RATE:
Studio Type Room: PHP 700 per day (good for 2 persons),
additional person is PHP 150 per day

 MONTHLY RATE FOR STUDIO TYPE ROOMS: FULLY FURNISHED
 Room:  small PHP 6,000,
              medium PHP 7,000
              large room  PHP  7,500 per month

POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES
-Stay is considered as One (1) month even if it falls below 30 days.
-There is a requirement of two months security deposit.
 REASON: The one month deposit will be applied to the rent,
The 2nd month Deposit will be applied to payment of the bills.
 The EXCESS deposit will be REFUNDED upon check-out. -

 - Electric bills are paid by the occupant (each unit has electric meter). This will be computed based on Davao Light and Power Charges.
 - Water Bill is based on actual water cubic meters consumed.
 - Cable TV is PHP 500 per month for digital box sky cable.
 - Internet Fee is PHP 500 per month per unit.
 * SKY CABLE and INTERNET CONNECTIONS ARE OPTIONAL.
Just inform the mgmt if you do not want to have cable and internet connections.
 - Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.
 - Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.
 - Occupant must inform caretaker at least 5 days before check out.

 ITEMS FOUND IN THE ROOM: Plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, can opener, drinking glass, saucer cups, water pitcher, table mats, pillow with case, bed sheet, blanket, trash can, flower vase, frying pan, cooking pan, sandok - utensils, broom, glass mirror, water pail or tabu, bidet spray, comfort brush, electric kettle, electric stove, plate cabinet, air-condition, water heater, and floor mop.
