POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES
-Stay is considered as One (1) month even if it falls below 30 days.
-There is a requirement of two months deposit. REASON: The one month deposit will be applied to the rent, The 2nd month Deposit will be applied to payment of the bills.
The EXCESS deposit will be REFUNDED.
-Electric and water bills are paid by the occupant (each unit has electric meter),
-Digital TV cable and internet are optional.
-Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.
-Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.
-Occupant must inform caretaker at least 5 days before check out.

We are 10 minutes from the Airport by taxi. Also we are walking distance to Robinson's (Mercury Drug store) and at NCCC HB1 Convenience Store. Nearest Mall is Victoria Plaza and Ayala-Abreeza Mall, (10 mins by taxi).
SM Matina is 20 mins by taxi. Ecoland Bus Station is 20 mins. Nearest university is Davao Medical School Foundation (going down town), and walking distance to Colegio de San Ignacio (elementary and High school private school). The Buhangin Market is 10 minutes, Bankerohan market is 20 mins.
